I'm student of tourism,and my house is in Portugal, Beira Litoral,Coimbra. My house is near the TOCHA Beach, but i can also said that I live in Tocha Beach, because i have a flat for holidays.
I like running, dancing always with old and new friends.
I like listening all music in M.T.V,RADIO,DISCO and to TV CABO. Music is very relaxing for me.
I take lots of photographies because i like to have souvenirs of the countries and people and memories of the places and people I met.
I love going to the cinema with friends and watch all types of films, and like playing volleyball, tennis and football because is very relaxing .I like to do with my friends on the Beach and in school.
I`m a very fun girl, very true, and a good trustworthy friend.
I like to make portugueses and foreign friends, because I am a sociable person, and I study Tourism.

BRAGA

Famous for its historical buildings, monuments, gardens and fountains Braga is a beautiful city in the heart of the green Minho, The town is also known as the "Portuguese Rome" for its concentration of religious architecture. The city is located in the North of Portugal, the more developed territory. This town is the commercial and business center of the region.

The town is considered the most conservative, and by some the most pious, by others the most fanatic. The city is one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal.

The city is importance as a religious centre is by no means a recent phenomenon and pilgrims have been journeying here for many centuries. However, in the 12th century, as the seat of the Portuguese archbishops, it became established as the religious capital of the country.

This rich historical and cultural past has been lovingly well kept, even to the extent that local laws prevent the construction of high buildings in the certain areas so as to preserve the ancient beauty, also it quickly became a spiritual centre and the home for the Catholic Church. Splendid and architecturally interesting buildings still remain to record this period.

GUARDA

Known As the highest town in Portugal (at an elevation of about 1056m/3465ft), The town of Guarda has always played an important role as a defensive site.

It is imagen to have been a military base for Julius Caesar, later for the Visigoths, and eventually for the Moors. Today it is a good base to explore Serra da Estrela. On the gothic cathedral that also dominates the town's central square. It was built between the 14th and 16th century, with Gothic, Renaissance, and Manueline elements. In the interior are twisted pillars and arched vaulting, and a masterpiece Renaissance altar of white marble.

The town of Guarda was founded in 1199 by the second king of Portugal, Sancho I.

The Misericordia Church, with an ornamental portal and Baroque altars, and north of the cathedral is São Vicente Church, with 16 elaborate tile panels depicting the life of Christ. The Town Museum is housed in the old bishop's palace, and displays paintings and archeological finds.

OPORTO--PORTO

Bridges and port wine are what characterises Oporto, Portugal's gracious northern capital and second largest city after Lisbon. The main reason tourists or travellers visit Oporto is to sample its legendary port wine, processed, blended and aged in the various lodges of the Vila Nova de Gaia and is located magnificently on the banks of the great Douro River.
Also you can visit right next to Oporto, Vila Nova de Gaia or you may choose to take a river cruise along the Douro. The whole district is filled with prosperous cities, as industry and commerce thrive there, however you can drive along many calm roads with wonderful views over the river or enjoy a rugged and still unspoilt coastline.
PORTO-IN NORTH
Oporto is also known for its characteristic sailboats, the "Barcos Rabelos", which used to ship Port downstream from the vineyards. Formerly the trip was actually quite dangerous, however the introduction of the Port train in the late 1800's, the Barcos Rabelos continued to be used for transporting Port until the 1960's. Actually these days, the famous boats are used for an annual race, held in Oporto in June every year.

Oporto have numerous coastal resorts and fishing villages on the Atlantic coastline, well known for their seafood restaurants.

The town of Oporto is the cultural and administrative center of the Greater Metropolitan Area of Oporto (Grande Area Metropolitana do Oporto) metropolitan area, and is located in the North region, with a population around (240,000 inhabitants).

Oporto was built along the hills overlooking the Douro river estuary, and its historical centre was awarded World Heritage status by UNESCO in 1996. It has been continuously inhabited since at least the 4th Century, when the romans referred to it as Portus Calle

EVORA
The town of Evora known like the golden age of Portugal after the destruction of Lisbon by the earthquake of 1755. Also is registered in the UNESCO with World Heritage list. Evora is located at the intersection of 3 river basins. About 100 km. east of Lisbon, it's constructed high above the surrounding plain. The founding of the city dates back to the dawn of the Christian era.

In those times Evora became the second most important town of the kingdom after Lisbon. In the 16th century, the town of Evora reached its golden era as witnessed by a number of architectural realisations. This was also the beginning of great Portuguese maritime expeditions, when the ports of call on the world's maritime route, The azores, Madeira, and the Cape Verde Islands, were discovered.

In the 17th century, was constructed the Vauban type fortification. On the 18th century beginning the Company of Jesus, which had divided intellectual and religious enlightenment from the 16th century. Nowadays the town of Evora is a real treat. The walls and the vestiges of walls, which are bordered with gardens are beautiful. The low white houses with their tile roofs. However there are several convents and palaces, there is an aqueduct which dates to 1537 and numerous fountains. Even if you are not a history buff, Evora should be on your itinerary.

The town of Evora have a total area of 1,307.0 km², with a population around of 56.718 inhabitants.

COIMBRA

The town of Coimbra is second only to Oporto and Lisbon. Its ancient buildings cling to the side of the hill that rises above the curves of the river Mondego, the ornate buildings of the famous University of Coimbra are its crowning glory.

The city of Coimbra is since 1290 one of the oldest university cities in whole Europe with about 19.000 students. Actually the city of Coimbra is the intellectual and spiritual centre of Portugal a monument. Coimbra was created with its different faculties, the Biblioteca Joanina (library of Joanina) and the Jardim Botanico (botanical garden).

Indeed the university is still the lifeblood of the town and the change in atmosphere is notable when the summer holidays come and the thousands of students head back to their hometowns. Coimbra, which was the capital of Portugal from 1139 to about 1260, has a large archeological site with extensive ruins dating from the time it was a Roman city called Aeminium.

Coimbra called the old town ("cidade alta" or "upper town") are fine old churches and narrow streets standing up on a hill overlooking the Mondego River.

LISBON--LISBOA
Lisbon is the capital and largest town of Portugal and capital of the Lisbon Region. It has a population around of 575,477, and the Lisbon Metropolitan Area in total has around 2,800,000 inhabitants, the largest urban agglomeration of Portugal.

In the town of Lisbon exists in its strong links to the past, renovated palaces, magnificent churches and an impressive castle mirror the city's rich cultural heritage. Lisbon is known for thrilling nightlife, in the last few years it has become recognized as Europe's gambling centre, due to its two huge casinos.

Lisbon also have a great number of remarkable museums of modern and ancient art, some of which are Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, National Museum of Contemporary Art, National Coach Museum, and Carmo Archaeological Museum. However, Lisbon isn't all history and culture, Bairro Alto is the center of nightlife with various bars and restaurants where melancholic traditional Portuguese music, Fado, can also be listened.

adoro cinema mas sao tantos e tantos q so digo alguns hj, the story of a murderer the devil wears prada o amor nao tira ferias-the holiday perfume de mulher--adorei o perfume--achei-o terrível cm ele foi feito o exorcismo de emily rose--achei-o exagerado, como representaram a doença do grande mal, pois acho q nenhuma pessoa tem esses poderes tão fortes para fazer cair e balançar a divisão os móveis, não gostei mt deste filme pelo exagero de pela mgs acho que passaram mal a mgs, muito mesmo, conheço casos mt graves e nenhum é assim, acho q passou uma mgs muito má porque quem não conhece e não lida com essas pessoas pode ficar a pensar q é real qd o filme pode ser feito num caso virídico, mas em mta coisa foi exagerado, e os médias como os meios de comunicação para as pessoas desta vez falharam, se falassem de casos passados na suiça há anos atrás onde as crianças eram abandonadas, por não saberem o q era esse grande mal, teriam passado uma informação mais viridica, q as crianças morriam geladas numa divisao postas de lado, que eu fiz um trabalho sobre esta matéria e requereu muito estudo e pesquisa e contacto com pessoas. o clube dos poetas mortos pode ser mt antigo mas adorei e fez-me ser sempre mt empenhada e lutar sempre pelo que quis, sempre que o vejo mesmo já o ter visto diversas vezes, choro sempre. o classico Dirty Dancing, e dos meus favoritos nao so na danca, mas na historia de amor q existiu adorei e um dia quero dancar cm eles, ja estive quase la, ou consegui dançar assim, desde este filme que quis os meus amigos no Mexico viram-me a dancar, na maior, adorei, agora ja sabem de onde veio esse bichinho, e pq sou assim extrovertida.
